Oldest and lowest city in the world!  In honor of it being the lowest city we sang "Under the Sea" on our bus ride down to Jericho

Judean Wilderness:
This is where the parable of the Good Samaritan takes place.  Imagine what it would have been like to travel from Jerusalem down to Jericho and helping a stripped man along the way.  Pretty incredible example of charity!

It's about a 20-25 mile walk along the path that leads from Jerusalem to Jericho through the Judaea Desert
